ITIL - Niekto, kto kupuje tovar alebo služby. Zákazník poskytovateľa IT služieb je osoba alebo skupina, ktorá definuje a súhlasí s cieľovými úrovňami služby. Termín je tiež niekedy používaný neformálne ako užívateľ - napríklad "Je to organizácia zameraná na zákazníka".
PPM - Osoba alebo skupina, ktorá zadala zákazku a bude mať prospech z konečných výsledkov.
Generic – The person who is paying. May also be known as the client, buyer or purchaser.
ITIL – Someone who buys goods or services. The customer of an IT service provider is the person or group who defines and agrees the service level targets. The term is also sometimes used informally to mean user – for example, ‘This is a customer- focused organization.’
PPM – The person or group who commissioned the work and will benefit from the end results.
