Proces zodpovedný za zabezpečenie toho, aby sa služby IT spĺňali súčasnú a budúcu potrebu dostupnosti daného podniku nákladovo efektívnym a včasným spôsobom. Riadenie dostupnosti definuje, analyzuje, plánuje, meria a zlepšuje všetky aspekty dostupnosti služieb IT a zabezpečuje, aby všetky IT infraštruktúry, procesy, nástroje, roly atď. Boli vhodné na dosiahnutie dohodnutých cieľov úrovne služieb na dostupnosti.
Availability management
